Production & Logistics Coordinator

Are you a master of coordination with a sharp eye for detail and a love for beautiful design? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth production and timely delivery of exceptional furniture and décor pieces to our clients, both locally and internationally.

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Production & Logistics Coordinator to support our Procurement Department. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends logistics, supplier engagement, project planning, and quality control within the world of interior design and furniture production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track local and international production schedules

  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers

  • Brief manufacturers, monitor quality control, and conduct progress inspections

  • Coordinate delivery and installation logistics (including international freight)

  • Prepare and maintain client delivery schedules and production progress reports

  • Oversee packaging, labelling, and final product inspections

  • Ensure all necessary customs documentation and shipping paperwork are prepared

  • Work closely with internal teams and troubleshoot delays or issues efficiently

  • Provide supplier maintenance manuals and documentation for client handovers

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics or production coordination within the furniture, interior design, or manufacturing sectors

  • Strong understanding of supply chain, freight, and production processes

  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills

  • Sharp problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

  • A camera or smartphone capable of capturing high-quality progress images

  • Professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail

Advantageous Requirements:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field

  • A passion for interior design and craftsmanship
